Terms & Conditions - Master Pump Kit

1. These terms and conditions shall apply to the Clutch Master Pump Kit Service Campaign 2017(“the Campaign”) organized by Hino Motors Sales (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. (“HMSM”).
2.  By participating in the Campaign, the Customer hereby agreed to be bound by the Terms and Conditions specify below:

Campaign Period

3. The Campaign starts from 11th September 2017 to 31st December 2017.

Packages

5.  Packages consist of:
   • HINO/TOP Clutch Booster
   • HINO Genuine Master Pump
   • HINO TOP Dot -4 Brake Fluid
   • HINO Windscreen Washer(Free Gift)
   • Labour cost
6.  Clutch Master Pump Kit Packages are only valid for work done at participating HINO workshops & HINO Authorized Dealers only.
7.  Clutch Master Pump Kit Packages shall be invalid for any purchased over the counter.

HINO Vehicle/s Eligible for the Campaign

8.  HINO Vehicle/s eligible for the Campaign is only for HINO selected vehicle models as per below schedule:

9. HINO vehicle/s under warranty period is not eligible for the Campaign.
10. HMSM has the absolute discretion in regards to acceptance of HINO vehicle/s for the Campaign.

HINO Genuine Parts Warranty

11.  Warranty provided for the HINO Genuine parts shall be for the duration of Twelve (12) months period or 20,000km; whichever comes first.  
12.  This warranty shall only valid for replacement of HINO Genuine parts.

Price  

13.  All price quoted are subject to 6% Goods & Services Tax (GST).
14.  Final price may vary shall there be any additional parts and labour incurred during the overhaul process. Such variation of price for the additional parts and labour will be charge separately.
15.  HMSM reserves the right to amend the price at any time without any prior notice.

 Use of Personal Information

16.  By participating in the Campaign, the Customers are deemed to have consented to:
    •  a. the collection, hold and use of any personal data such as name, identification/passport number, contact details, image and  any relevant information by the Hino Group of Companies and Participating HINO Authorized Dealers (as listed above) for editorial, advertising, promotional, marketing and/or other purposes without any payment and/or compensation except where prohibited by law; and
    •  b. Receiving promotional, marketing and other publicity information from HMSM from time to time.  

 General

17.  Hino reserves the right at any time at its sole and absolute discretion to determine and/or amend or vary any of these Terms and Conditions without prior notice, including but not limited to cancelling, extend, terminating or suspending the Campaign, the eligibility terms and criteria, the warranty for HINO Genuine parts and all customers shall be bound by these amendments.
18.  In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any advertising, promotional, publicity and other materials relating to or in connection with the Campaign, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
19.  These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia and all Customers are deemed to have agreed to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysia Courts.
20.  HMSM shall not be responsible for any loss or damage suffered as a result of, or in connection with the Campaign and/or redemption or use of the prizes howsoever arising, including but not limited to any loss of income, profits or goodwill, direct or indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, punitive or special damages of any party including third parties howsoever arising whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise. For the avoidance of doubt, cancellation, termination or suspension by HMSM of the Campaign shall not entitle any party to any claim or compensation against HMSM for any and all losses or damage suffered or incurred as a direct or indirect result of the act of cancellation, termination or suspension.
