Kuala Lumpur, 25 Aug, 2015 – Hino Motors Sales (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd (HMSM) today introduced and launched their newest product in the Malaysian market, the retrofit Prime Mover of model HINO SH1E 6x2 at The Saujana Hotel, Shah Alam today.
The Launch of HINO 700 Series New SH1E 6x2 Prime Mover
This new line-up range in heavy-duty Prime Mover, SH1E, is the latest model in the HINO 700 series for normal condition road usage especially suited for container haulier, general cargo/ box, petroleum tanker and also as usage for long or short haul transportation.
SH1E 6X2 is equipped with 420PS horse power EURO3 common rail engine with turbo intercooler. It is capable to perform at GCW 66,000kg with the 6x2 axle configuration. Without stressing the vehicle with high payload this will definitely increase the life time of vehicle. Hino also focus on road safety. This vehicle is equipped with Antilock Brake System (ABS) for better control and brake force distribution. The floating cabin design also improves drivers comfort. HINO is the only commercial truck and bus with full line-up brand in Malaysia to meet customer’s commercial need and as One Stop Solution Provider.
Most importantly, it is priced at an affordable level and became attractive compared to other Japanese and European brands. The net chassis selling price of the SH1E 6x2 starts from RM334, 814.00. HMSM started selling this Prime Mover model in mid 2014 for Malaysia market. As to date we have received more than 10 units order. The outlook for this model of Prime Movers market in Malaysia is promising mainly on container haulage and transportation industry in general.

HMSM marked its 38th anniversary this year and have kept No.1 position in the 4.5 ton & above commercial vehicle market for 5 years consecutively since 2010.
