(HMSM) has recently officiated the opening of its latest addition of 3S dealer (Sales, Service & Spare-parts) located at Lot 1829, Highway Kempas, Pasir Gudang, 81200, Johor Bahru. Key Power Motor Sdn. Bhd. (KPMSB) is now offering Sales, Services and Spare Parts under one roof.

Managing Director of HMSM, Mr. Ken Iwamoto was presence to grace and officially open this newly upgraded to 3S Dealership. KPMSB has been in this commercial industry since the past 11 years and had started their partnership with HINO in 2004 at this modest town of Pasir Gudang 1S Show Room. After many years in the business, KPMSB has moved up a notch by upgrading their operation to the 3S outlet. There is a premium demand on the needs which drives to its excellence in sales and after-sales support. Both of The Managing Directors of KPMSB – Mr Phang Kian Fatt and Mr. Chai Loy are very optimistic about being a HINO Authorized Dealer simply influenced by a reason that HINO offers a full commercial vehicle line up with a “Perfect Fit” for every customer’s need.
Since the establishment, KPMSB today is a company synonymous with reliability, friendly and trusted vehicle dealer in Johor Bahru area and understands the importance of having a good relationship with his customers. The cost of investment for this new newly upgraded 3S Centre building is RM 800,000 with sufficient number of working bays that enable to provide the services to customer’s vehicles. These include of 4 service bays for LCV, MCV&HCV vehicle. Covering an area of approximately 3 acres, HINO’s new 3S Centre comprises an office for administration and staffed by a team of twelve sales persons and five skilled HINO technicians; while its workshop for repairs and maintenance - can serve up to 10-12 HINO trucks per day in accordance to HINO's highest standard of quality and safety.

The opening today is to further strengthen the commitment to HINO brand and providing the best possible ownership experience for all HINO customers. With growing customer base here in Johor Bahru province, HINO foresees an escalating demand for its after sales service. By strengthening HINO's presence, it continues to deliver high quality products and provide excellent services and to keep improving customer satisfaction and reaffirms its position as the top selling commercial brand in this state of Johor.
