NEW HINO 3S CENTRE TO SUPPORT CUSTOMER IN BALAKONG AREA

RM1.0 million investment on the new HINO 3S center to serve the growing demand and economic growth in Balakong area

Balakong, 23 July 2022 – Hino Motors Sales (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd (HINO) has officially launched its newest 3S - Sales, Service, and Spare Parts centre, operated by Soon Seng Truck & Parts Sdn Bhd (SSTP), situated in a strategic area to provide good accessibility and more convenience to the customer in Balakong and its surrounding area.

SSTP invested about RM1.0 million in the new Hino 3S center that spans up to 20, 000 sqft land area and is equipped with the latest facilities that comply to HINO standard. The facility is equipped with six (6) service bays includes two (2) express maintenance bays that guarantee a 45 minutes servicing exclusively for customers that made up by appointments.

Customers can also enjoy a variety of amenities in the new HINO 3S centre such as comfortable lounges, complimentary Wi-Fi services, free flow of refreshment and beverages. SSTP also offers convenient services for customers including service maintenance and repairing, road tax renewal, insurance coverage renewal services, and 24-hour towing truck services.

LONG-TERM PARTNERSHIP & CUSTOMER-CENTRIC MISSION

HINO and SSTP have been in partnership for more than 40 years, since 1978, started as authorized spare part distributors in Seremban. In 2008, SSTP was upgraded to 3S center and in 2014 it relocated to more strategic location situated in Nilai, Negeri Sembilan. Theupgraded center offers vehicle sales, vehicle maintenance and repair, spare parts provider, and body and paint that includes truck body fabrication and repair.

Appointed as Hino Authorized 3S Dealership for more than 10 years, SSTP has emerged about 30 awards throughout the journey with HINO, and their latest achievement includes Excellent Dealer Award 2021 and Total Support Award 2021, during Hino Annual Dealer Conference, held early this year. These achievements and recognition prove their full commitment to strengthen their customer satisfaction, thus enabling them to retain customers in their established network.

The opening today is officiated by Atsushi Uchiyama and Chan Swe Wah, SSTP Managing Director.

With growing customer base here in Klang Valley area, HINO foresees higher market opportunities and escalating demand for its after-sales service. Chan Swe Wah shared what leads their decision to open this new 3S center.
