HINO SEALS REPAIR & MAINTENANCE CONTRACT AND HANDS OVER 27 MINIBUSES TO E-MUTIARA

Trusting and confident with Japanese’s product and technologies, E-Mutiara opted HINO buses as part of its newly launched city bus network to provide passengers a safer and more convenient accessibility.

Kota Bharu, 2 September 2022 – Konsortium E-Mutiara Berhad (E-Mutiara) signed Repair & Maintenance Contract with Hino Motors Sales (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd (HINO) for all of its new minibuses under Mutiara Rentas Desa operation as part of their efforts in providing passengers with a safer and more convenient ride.

In conjunction with Mutiara Rentas Desa city bus launching day, the official signing ceremony was held at H-Elite Hotel, Kota Bharu, and witnessed by Y.B Datuk Seri Ir. Dr. Wee Ka Siong, Minister of Transport, and attended by high representative of government bodies.

The first batch of the new minibuses were handed over by the Managing Director of Hino Malaysia, Atsushi Uchiyama to the Group Executive Chairman E-Mutiara, Kolonel (PA) Tuan Haji Che Ibrahim. These 27 minibuses will cater 13 routes under E-Mutiara's newly launched city bus operation, Mutiara Rentas Desa (MRD), in whole Kelantan.

Bus services are the most popular public service used to this day as one of the main modes of transportation that provides connectivity from starting to the end routes. Concern on public transport facilities for the community, E-Mutiara took steps to provide stage bus services for convenient accessibility of passenger to commute from one place to another around Kelantan cities.

Putting priority to its fleet drivers, E-Mutiara has also registered all their bus drivers to undergo professional driver training offered by HINO.
