HINO OPENS 3S CENTRE IN WEST PORT, PULAU INDAH
One of Hino 3S centres to be operated as the first service centre in West Port that
provides top-notch vehicle services to support logistics and transport operation
26 October 2022 – Hino Motors Sales (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd (HINO) has officially appointed
Truck Solutions Sdn Bhd, as HINO’s newest authorized 3S - Sales, Service, and Spare
Parts centre. This new HINO 3S centre is situated in a strategic West Port area to provide
good accessibility and more convenience to customers in Pulau Indah and its surrounding
area. This new Hino 3S Centre is the first 3S centre to be operating in West Port area to
support West Port customers.
The facility is equipped with fifteen (15) service bays includes two (10) trailer bays to
service 20- or 40-feet trailers. Truck Solution also have 2 tyre service bays specifically to
do tyre related work.
The opening today is officiated by Mr Atsushi Uchiyama, Managing Director of HINO
Motors Sales (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd and Mr Edward Tan Kim Siong, Executive Director of
Truck Solutions Sdn Bhd.
FIRST EVER 3S CENTRE IN WEST PORT
Truck Solutions Sdn Bhd is situated in West Port. The West Port is a multi-cargo terminal
located on Pulau Indah. West Port handles all types of cargoes in containers, breakbulk,
dry bulk, liquid bulk, vehicles (roll-on roll-off) and other conventional cargoes.
Customers can also enjoy a variety of amenities in the new HINO 3S centre such as
comfortable lounges, complimentary Wi-Fi services, free flow of refreshment and
beverages. Truck Solutions Sdn Bhd also offers convenient services for customers
including service maintenance and repairing, PUSPAKOM arrangement once a week
basis, on-site inspection, and 24-hour towing truck services.
TRUCK SOLUTIONS SDN BHD HISTORY
Formerly known as VM Fleet Management Sdn Bhd, Truck Solutions Sdn Bhd was
established since year 2007. Truck Solutions Sdn Bhd has been in heavy duty prime
mover services since 2007 and provided one stop service solution to haulage industry for
more than 14 years.
Providing wide range of services including maintenance and repairing, tyres services,
PUSPAKOM inspection preparation and arrangements, air-cond services, trading spare
parts, and etc for all customers. Truck Solutions begin their business journey from a small
piece of rented land in used cabin at Northport in year 2007, with minimum headcount of
employees.
Having their business growing rapidly in 2 decades, they now humbly stand with their own
building at West Port, having a completed one stop centre of truck solutions system to
self-identify the ecosystem in the industry. The company designed and built a fully-
integrated workshop that spans across an area of 1.5 acres, equipped with a 20,000-
square-foot covered workshop.

With plans to increase the customer base Klang Valley area in the long-term future, HINO
foresees higher market opportunities for its 700 Series Prime Mover models.
By strengthening HINO's presence here, Truck Solutions Sdn Bhd will be making a mark
in the Pulau Indah to increase HINO’s 700 Series Prime Mover sales with delivery of high-
quality products and excellent services and to keep improving customer satisfaction and
increase sales as well.
The new 3S centre is situated in West Port Pulau Indah, at Lot 148, Jalan Sungai Penang
4/8, Taman Perindustrian Indah, 42920 Pulau Indah, Selangor and opens on Monday to
Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., and on Saturday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. For any
